1. Service Agreement

By booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Vow Designs Beauty provides professional makeup and hair styling services for weddings and special events.

2. Booking and Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due on the day of service. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Trial Sessions

We highly recommend scheduling a trial session 4-6 weeks before your event. Trial sessions are charged separately and help ensure your satisfaction on the event day.

5. Liability

While we take every precaution, Vow Designs Beauty is not liable for allergic reactions to products. Please inform us of any known allergies during consultation.

6. Photography

We may request to photograph our work for portfolio purposes. You may opt out of photography at any time.
